Log In and Registration. 


How do I create an online account?


To create an online account complete the Sign in/Register form located on the Top Right of the Homepage. Use the registration button and register as a New Account if you have never created an account at a North South Location. 


If you are a current customer, please use your current branch issued Customer ID. You can find that ID on your Statement/invoices or contact your branch location. This will attach your current Branch pricing and you can add additional administrators and team members.

How to reset password?


Use the "forgot password" button when attempting to sign in. You will need access to the email your account is associated with. An email will be sent with a reset password link. 


How do I remove a user from my account? 


If you are the administrator, you can log in and disable a user on the manage users page on your account dashboard. 



Products

Are all of your products online?

Yes, the majority of our products that we carry in the store are online. If you need a special order an item you will need to contact the branch directly. If you cannot find a common item online please use the contact us form. 


How does the search bar work?

You may search by product number, product brand/manufacturer, or by key words. Once you click search a number of items may populate. you can use the facets to the left to refine, or sort your results.  Modify your search by being more specific. 



Orders


How do I place an order? 


To place an order, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.



Online Payments 


Where is online payment located?

Once you are logged into your account, go to 'My Account' then to 'Pay on account'.
